Accounting Department, Inc. provides accounting and bookkeeping services to condominium and homeowner associations. We have been in business for over 25 years, serving associations in Palm Beach and Martin counties. We work side by side as a team with the association's property manager and/or self managed associations, along with the Board of Directors, auditors, tax preparers, and attorneys.
We have found that many associations prefer that the bookkeeping be separated from the property management, to provide an additional layer of internal controls, as well as an independent 2nd look at transactions. We assist by providing information to the attorneys (as directed by the Board) in accordance with each association's board policy regarding liens, late notices and foreclosures.
