The Company’s staff of 8 includes accountants, bookkeepers, support and data entry personnel with many years of education and experience.

Deborah Dopman, Staff Accountant

Debbie has an Associate’s degree in Accounting and approximately 20 years experience in the accounting/bookkeeping field. Debbie supervises all bank reconciliation and cash control functions for all companies,  processing association payrolls , and prepares monthly financial statements for approximately 15 homeowner/condominium associations and is responsilbe for the AR function for 16 associations.

Lee Ann Weishaupt, Accounts Receivable Supervisor 

Lee Ann was hired by Accounting Department, Inc. in September 1998 as a bookkeeper. Prior work experience includes bookkeeping, payroll, and insurance /benefits for over 8 years in Florida and South Carolina. Lee Ann has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Palm Beach Atlantic College, with 15 credit hours in Accounting. Lee Ann’s primary responsibility is the supervision of all Accounts Receivable functions. These functions include billing, cash receipts, deposits, preparing estoppels and late letters. Lee Ann, at the association’s request, often interacts with the attorneys regarding unit foreclosures, bankruptcies, payment plans, etc. Responsibilities also include supervising the payroll functions.

Gail Beck, Staff Accountant

Gail joined our team in December 2014 and has many years of experience in the accounting field working with Homeowner and Condominium Associations. Gail prepares monthly financial statements, prepares bank reconciliations and processes accounts payable.

Patty Crump, Staff Accountant

Patty  joined our team in 2016  and has a strong background in bookeeping for homeowner and condominium associations. She processes accounts payable and prepares monthly financial statements.

Frank Froelicher, Accounts Receivable

Frank was hired in 2007 and has several years experience as an administrative assistant, with strong data entry and spreadsheet skills. He currently processes customer payments for homeowner associations, downloads lockbox payments, mails statements and late letters. He also serves as the computer and office machinery technician on staff.

Susan Kalbing, staff accountant

Susan was hired in 2017 and has several years experience as a staff accountant working with property management companies. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and majored in accounting. She prepares monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, processes accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Christine Froelicher, Accounts Receivable assistant 

Christine works full  time assisting Accounts Receivable personnel. Responsibilities include preparing deposits, posting payments for homeowner associations, mailing statements and late letters, as well as other administrative duties.
